HIS Radeon X1950 XT IceQ3 Turbo (part number H195XTQT256DV-R) is a desktop graphics processing unit, based on ATI Radeon X1950 XT. Built on 80 nm technological process, the GPU boasts Ultra-Threaded Shader Engine architecture. The card has 650 MHz graphics clock frequency. It also has 48 pixel shaders, 16 texture units, together with 16 color ROPs. The Radeon X1950 XT IceQ3 Turbo incorporates 256 MB of GDDR3 memory, utilizing 256 bit bus.
