HIS Radeon X1650 (part number H165F256-R) is a Graphics Processing Unit for desktop market, based on ATI Radeon X1650 DDR2. The GPU is fabricated on 90 nm manufacturing process, and uses Ultra-Threaded Shader Engine architecture. The card has graphics clocked at 500 MHz. It also has 12 pixel shaders, 4 color ROPs, together with 4 texture units. The Radeon X1650 comes with 256 MB of DDR2 memory.
