One of a few ELSA Graphics Processing Units, based on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680, ELSA GeForce GTX 680 (part number GD680-2GERX) is fabricated on 28 nm manufacturing process. The card is targeted at desktop market. The graphics card is clocked at 1.006 GHz, and supports boost technology, that can increase operating frequency up to 1.058 GHz. Furthermore, it has 1536 CUDA cores, 128 texture units, as well as 32 ROPs. The GeForce GTX 680 comes with 2 GB of GDDR5 memory. Because the memory operates at 1.502 GHz, and uses 256 bit interface, the effective memory bandwidth is 192.26 GB/s. The GPU has PCI Express 3.0 interface, and needs 2 motherboard slots. The maximum power draw of this model is 195 Watt, which is the same as on the reference design. The ELSA GeForce GTX 680 is compatible with SLI technology, and will work together with other cards (up to 3 in total) for an extra gaming and 3D graphics performance.
