The memory uses 384 bit interface, and runs at 1.375 GHz. This allows the card to have 264 GB/s memory bandwidth. The GPU has PCI Express 3.0 interface, and needs 2 slots on the motherboard. The maximum power consumption of this model is 250 Watt, on a par with the reference design.
