ZOTAC GeForce GTX TITAN Z (part number ZT-70901-10P) desktop Graphics Processing Unit was released in May 2014. The card is based on NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN Z, and built on 28 nm technological process. The GPU runs at 705 MHz, and can be boosted as high as 876 MHz. Furthermore, it has 5760 CUDA cores, 480 texture units, along with 96 ROPs. The GeForce GTX TITAN Z has 12 GB of GDDR5 memory, clocked at 1.75 GHz. It has a 384 bit wide memory bus, which results in 672 GB/s memory bandwidth. The GPU has PCI Express 3.0 interface, and uses 3 slots on the motherboard. This model requires up to 375 Watt of power, same as on the reference design. The ZOTAC GeForce GTX TITAN Z is compatible with SLI technology, and will work together with similar GPUs (up to 3 in total) for improved 3D graphics and game performance.
