ZOTAC GeForce GTX 980 Ti (part number ZT-90501-10P) is a Graphics Processing Unit for desktop market, based on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti. Fabricated on 28 nm manufacturing process, the GPU uses Maxwell architecture. The graphics card operates at 1 GHz, and can be boosted as high as 1.076 GHz. Furthermore, it has 2816 CUDA cores, 96 ROPs, together with 176 texture units. The GeForce GTX 980 Ti incorporates 6 GB of GDDR5 memory, clocked at 1.7525 GHz. It has a 384 bit wide memory bus, which gives 336.48 GB/s memory bandwidth. The GPU supports PCI Express 3.0 interface, and requires 2 slots on the motherboard. This model needs up to 250 Watt of power, identical to the reference design.
