ZOTAC GeForce 9400 GT (part number ZT-94TEH2P-FSL) is one of a few ZOTAC desktop graphics processing units, based on NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT DDR3. The GPU boasts Unified Shader architecture, and it is built on 55 nm manufacturing process. The card's graphics and processor clock speeds are 550 MHz and 1.4 GHz respectively. It also features 16 CUDA cores, 8 texture units, together with 4 ROPs. The GeForce 9400 GT comes with 512 MB of GDDR3 memory, clocked at 800 MHz. It has a 128 bit wide memory bus, which results in 25.6 GB/s memory bandwidth. The GPU supports PCI Express 2.0 interface, and requires 1 slot on the motherboard. The maximum power draw of this model is 50 Watt, same as on the reference design.
