VTX3D Radeon HD5670 1GB GDDR5 (part number VX5670 1GBD5-H) is one of a few VTX3D desktop graphics processing units, based on ATI Radeon HD 5670. Built on 40 nm manufacturing process, the GPU utilizes TeraScale 2 Unified Processing architecture. The card has 775 MHz graphics clock frequency. It also has 400 stream processors, 20 texture units, and 8 color ROPs. The Radeon HD5670 1GB GDDR5 incorporates 1 GB of GDDR5 memory. Since the memory runs at 1 GHz, and uses 128 bit interface, the effective memory bandwidth is 64 GB/s. The GPU supports PCI Express 2.1 interface, and requires 2 slots on the motherboard. Similar to the reference design, this model has the maximum power draw of 64 Watt.
