Sapphire Radeon X800 GT 256MB DDR3 Graphics Processing Unit for desktop market segment is based on ATI Radeon X800 GT. The GPU is produced on 130 nm manufacturing process. The card has 475 MHz graphics clock frequency. It also has 8 pixel shaders, 8 texture units, together with 16 color ROPs. The Radeon X800 GT 256MB DDR3 incorporates 256 MB of GDDR3 memory, clocked at 493 MHz. It has a 256 bit wide memory interface, which gives 31.55 GB/s memory bandwidth. The GPU supports PCI Express 1.0 interface, and needs a single slot on the motherboard. Like the reference design, this model has the maximum power draw of 40 Watt.
