The GPU, fabricated on 90 nm manufacturing process, features Ultra-Threaded Shader Engine architecture. The card's graphics frequency is 648 MHz. Furthermore, it has 48 pixel shaders, 16 texture units, and 16 color ROPs. The Radeon X1900 XTX embeds 512 MB of GDDR3 memory, utilizing 256 bit bus. The memory is clocked at 774 MHz, which gives 49.54 GB/s memory bandwidth. The GPU supports PCI Express 1.0 interface, and requires 2 slots on the motherboard. Similar to the reference design, this model has the maximum power draw of 135 Watt.
