The GPU, produced on 55 nm technological process, utilizes Unified Superscalar Shader architecture. The card's graphics frequency is 725 MHz. It also has 120 stream processors, 8 texture units, and 4 color ROPs. The Radeon HD 3650 512MB GDDR3 AGP has 256 MB of GDDR3 memory. Because the memory runs at 800 MHz, and uses 128 bit bus, the effective memory bandwidth is 25.6 GB/s. The GPU supports AGP 8x interface, and needs 1 slot on the motherboard. The maximum power draw of this model is 65 Watt, which is identical to the reference design.
