The GPU is built on 55 nm manufacturing process, and utilizes Unified Superscalar Shader architecture. The card has graphics clocked at 600 MHz. Furthermore, it has 120 stream processors, 8 texture units, as well as 4 color ROPs. The Radeon HD 3650 512M DDR2 Dual DVI AGP embeds 512 MB of DDR2 memory.
