Produced on 65 nm technology, the GPU boasts Unified Superscalar Shader architecture. The card has graphics clocked at 700 MHz. It also has 40 stream processors, 4 texture units, as well as 4 color ROPs. The Radeon HD 2400 XT 256 MB GDDR3 comes with 256 MB of GDDR3 memory.
