Because the memory operates at 900 MHz, and utilizes 128 bit bus, the effective memory bandwidth is 28.8 GB/s. The GPU supports PCI Express 1.0 interface, and uses a single slot on the motherboard. The PixelView GeForce 8600 GT DDR3 Ultra is compatible with SLI technology, and will perform significantly better in games when paired with another card.
