Palit Radeon X300 64MB Graphics Processing Unit for desktop market segment is based on ATI Radeon X300, and manufactured on 110 nm technological process. The card has 375 MHz graphics clock frequency. It also has 4 pixel shaders, 4 texture units, along with 4 color ROPs. The Radeon X300 64MB comes with 64 MB of DDR memory, utilizing 64 bit interface. The memory is clocked at 200 MHz, which gives 3.2 GB/s memory bandwidth. The GPU supports PCI Express 1.0 interface, and needs a single slot on the motherboard. This model requires up to 45 Watt of power, same as on the reference design.
