Palit Radeon X300 128MB is a Graphics Processing Unit, aimed at desktop market segment. The GPU is based on ATI Radeon X300 model, and produced using 110 nm technology. The card has 375 MHz graphics clock frequency. It also has 4 pixel shaders, 4 texture units, together with 4 color ROPs. The Radeon X300 128MB incorporates 128 MB of DDR memory, clocked at 200 MHz. It has a 128 bit wide memory bus, which gives 6.4 GB/s memory bandwidth. The GPU has PCI Express 1.0 interface, and needs a single slot on the motherboard.
