Manufactured on 80 nm technological process, the GPU uses Ultra-Threaded Shader Engine architecture. The card has 575 MHz graphics clock frequency. Additionally, it has 36 pixel shaders, 12 color ROPs, and 12 texture units. The Radeon X1950 Pro 512 MB embeds 512 MB of GDDR3 memory.
