Axle3D GT220 512MB DDR3 128BIT LP Classic Edition (part number AX-GT220/512SD3P4CDIL-550) is one of a few Axle3D Graphics Processing Units for desktop market. Based on NVIDIA GeForce GT 220, and The GPU is built on 40 nm technological process, and utilizes 2nd Generation Unified Shader architecture. The card has graphics clocked at 550 MHz. Furthermore, it has 48 CUDA cores, 16 texture units, and 8 ROPs. The GT220 512MB DDR3 128BIT LP Classic Edition embeds 512 MB of DDR3 memory. The memory uses 128 bit bus, and runs at 500 MHz. This allows the card to have 16 GB/s memory bandwidth. The GPU supports PCI Express 2.0 interface, and requires 1 slot on the motherboard.
