The GPU features Unified Shader architecture, and it is built on 65 nm manufacturing process. The card's graphics and processor clock speeds are 675 MHz and 1.688 GHz respectively. Furthermore, it has 128 CUDA cores, 16 ROPs, and 64 texture units. The XLR8 GeForce 9800 GTX 512MB incorporates 512 MB of GDDR3 memory.
