ATI Mobility Radeon X300 mobile Graphics Processing Unit was launched in November 2005. The GPU is manufactured on 110 nm technological process. The card has graphics clocked at 400 MHz. It also has 4 pixel shaders, 4 texture units, together with 4 color ROPs. The Mobility Radeon X300 comes with 128 MB of DDR memory. Because the memory runs at 250 MHz, and utilizes 64 bit bus, the effective memory bandwidth is 4 GB/s. The GPU supports PCI Express 1.0 interface.
