Introduced in May 2007, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600 XT mobile Graphics Processing Unit uses Unified Superscalar Shader architecture, and is built on 65 nm technology. The cards graphics frequency is 680 MHz. Furthermore, it has 120 stream processors, 4 color ROPs, together with 8 texture units. The Mobility Radeon HD 2600 XT embeds 256 MB of GDDR3 memory. Because the memory runs at 750 MHz, and utilizes 128 bit bus, the effective memory bandwidth is 24 GB/s. The GPU supports PCI Express 1.0 interface.
