Fabricated on 40 nm manufacturing process, the GPU features Fermi architecture. The card's processor and graphics clock speeds are 1.3 GHz and 550 MHz respectively. Furthermore, it has 48 CUDA cores, 4 ROPs, along with 8 texture units. The Quadro NVS 315 for Dual DP – Low Profile comes with 1 GB of DDR3 memory. Because the memory runs at 875 MHz, and utilizes 64 bit bus, the effective memory bandwidth is 14 GB/s. The GPU supports PCI Express 2.0 interface, and requires a single motherboard slot.
