Launched in July 2014, PNY Quadro K420 (part number VCQK420-PB) desktop workstation Graphics Processing Unit is based on NVIDIA Quadro K420, and built on 28 nm technology. The card has 876 MHz graphics clock frequency. It also boasts 192 CUDA cores, 16 texture units, and 16 ROPs. The Quadro K420 incorporates 1 GB of DDR3 memory. Since the memory operates at 891 MHz, and utilizes 128 bit bus, the effective memory bandwidth is 28.51 GB/s. The GPU has PCI Express 2.0 interface, and uses a single motherboard slot. The maximum power draw of this model is 41 Watt, on a par with the reference design.
