AMD Radeon HD 7480D is an integrated Graphics Processing Unit, used inAMD Trinity A4-5300 and A4-5300B APUs, as well as in Richland-basedA4-4000. The GPU has 128 Radeon cores or shaders, 4 color ROPs, and 8texture units. It is clocked at 723 or 724 MHz (different sourcesprovide slightly different frequency). Along with the HD 7480Dgraphics, the A4-Series processors also incorporate Video Accelerator,or Universal Video Decoder unit, that offloads video decoding from theCPU. The Video Accelerator supports many popular video formats, including MPEG-2, DivX/Xvid, H.264, and a few others. Both the CPU andGPU share the same memory interface. The maximum powerdraw of the HD 7480D graphics and A4 central processing units is 65 Watt.A list of APIs, supported by the integrated GPU, includes DirectX11.1, OpenCL 1.2 and OpenGL 4.1. The A4 CPUs with integrated HD 7480DGPUs are manufactured on 32nm technology.
