AFOX Radeon HD 7850 (part number AF7850-1024D5S1) is a desktop Graphics Processing Unit, based on AMD Radeon HD 7850, and manufactured using 28 nm technological process. The GPU was introduced in March 2012. The card has 900 MHz graphics clock frequency. It also has 1024 stream processors, 64 texture units, along with 32 color ROPs. The Radeon HD 7850 incorporates 1 GB of GDDR5 memory. Because the memory is clocked at 1.125 GHz, and uses 256 bit bus, the effective memory bandwidth is 144 GB/s. The GPU has PCI Express 3.0 interface, and needs a single slot on the motherboard. The maximum power draw of this model is 130 Watt, which is the same as on the reference design. The AFOX Radeon HD 7850 supports crossfire technology, and will perform considerably better in games when paired with a similar card.
