NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN Z desktop Graphics Processing Unit was introduced in May 2014. The card is built on Kepler architecture, and it is manufactured on 28 nm technology. The graphics card operates at 705 MHz, and supports boost technology, that can increase operating frequency up to 876 MHz. It also has 5760 CUDA cores, 96 ROPs, as well as 480 texture units. The GeForce GTX TITAN Z comes with 12 GB of GDDR5 memory. Because the memory is clocked at 1.75 GHz, and uses 384 bit bus, the effective memory bandwidth is 672 GB/s. The GPU has PCI Express 3.0 interface, and needs 3 motherboard slots. The maximum power consumption of this model is 375 Watt. The NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN Z is compatible with SLI technology, and will perform far better in games when used with other cards (up to 3 in total).
